I’m here to help you separate the wheat from the chaff so shopping for a home doesn’t have to become your full time job! A listing price is simply a suggestion by the seller. I dig deep to find the most recent market data not yet public so you will know if a home is overpriced—or so underpriced it’s likely to escalate well beyond your preferred price point. I also patiently guide my buyers through the myriad decisions and clauses in the 20+ page purchase and sale contract so you know exactly what your legal commitments are.

To minimize surprise expenses, you need to inspect your home from roof to foundation—even underground for oil tanks & sewer lines. Once you feel confident moving forward, you will also need guidance on complex contingencies, financing options, the appraisal, underwriting conditions, title reports, insurance, HOA documents and escrow. I’m here to manage all of that—you’re never alone!
